Chicken Pizza Muffins

  • 4 English muffins, split and toasted
  • 1/2 cup Prego® Veggie Smart® Pizza Sauce
  • 2 cans (4.5 ounces each )
  • Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
  • 1/4 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper or dried oregano leaves


  1. Place the muffins on a rack in a broiler pan. Spread about 1 tablespoon sauce on each muffin half. Divide the chicken and cheese among the muffin halves. Sprinkle with the crushed red pepper.
  2. Broil 4 inches from the heat for 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
