Fiesta Spaghetti with Meat

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. dry spaghetti, uncooked
  • PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 3/4 lb. ground round beef (85% lean)
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can (15 oz.) Rosarita® Premium Whole Black Beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 can (10 oz.) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
  • 2 cans (8 oz. each) Hunt's® Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin

Directions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions, omitting salt. Meanwhile, spray large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef and onion. Cook 5 minutes or until meat is browned and onion is tender, stirring occasionally; drain. Add beans, undrained tomatoes, sauce and cumin. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Drain spaghetti; add to skillet and toss with meat mixture.
