Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. hummus
  • 2 slices Pepperidge Farm® Harvest Blends Seeded Grain Bread or Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 15 Grain Bread
  • 1/2 medium cucumber, cut into 6 thin slices
  • 2 Tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 thin slices tomato
  • 2 thin slices red onion

Directions

  1. Spread the hummus on 1 bread slice.
  2. Top with the cucumber, cheese, tomato, onion and remaining bread slice.
