Kick-Off Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 1/2 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa - Mild
  • 1 bag (about 10 ounces) tortilla chips
  • 2 green onion, sliced (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup sliced pitted black olives
  • 2 tablespoons sliced jalapeño pepper (optional)

Directions

  1. Heat the soup and salsa in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.
  2. Pour the soup mixture over the tortilla chips. Top with green onion, tomato, olives and pepper slices, if desired.
