S’mores Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 9-in. graham cracker crust
  • 1 container (1.5 qt.) Breyers® Original Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 6 Tbsp. hot fudge topping

Directions

  1. Put chocolate chips in medium bowl. Put heavy cream in small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Pour over chips and stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Pour over bottom of pie crust. Freeze 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, soften Breyers® Original Natural Vanilla Ice Cream at room temperature 10 minutes.
  3. Spread softened Ice Cream over chocolate covered pie crust. Freeze at least 2 hours or until firm.
  4. When ready to serve, place marshmallows on top of pie and drizzle with hot fudge topping.
