10 Minute Chili Chicken Tacos

  • 2 ½ cups shredded warm deli rotisserie chicken or cooked chicken breast
  • 2 cans (4.5 oz. each) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles
  • 8 Old El Paso™ Stand ‘n Stuff™ taco shells, warmed Make it FRESH toppings, if desired (see below)


  1. If using raw chicken breast, in a hot pan, add a splash of oil and cook your chicken through until piping hot, and slightly browned on the edge. Drain off any excess liquid.
  2. In large bowl, stir together shredded chicken and chiles.
  3. Spoon filling into shells. Make it FRESH with desired toppings.
